Kelsey Hart, LSW

Kelsey is a Licensed Social Worker. She earned both of her Master’s degrees in Social Work and Education in Human Sexuality from Widener University. For the past several years, she has been working with clients who have experienced sexual violence. When working with people who have experienced sexual violence there is so much more than just the trauma that has been experienced. There can be struggles with self image, depression, anxiety, relationships, sex, intimacy, trust, and communication and that is why Kelsey believes it is so important to be able to show up as every part of you in a session.
Therapy is a place to slow down, take a breath, and settle into your body so you can navigate the ups and downs of life. Sometimes life feels like a lot and as a therapist, Kelsey offers a space where every part of you is welcome.
Kelsey is committed to creating a supportive experience for you to explore all that shows up for you. While she works through a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness lens, she is continuously learning other perspectives that will benefit clients through their process. Therapy is different for everyone and she wants to be able to help you understand what it will look like for you.
Kelsey sees clients from adolescence to adulthood.
Kelsey currently resides in South Jersey. When she is not in the office she enjoys cuddling and playing with her dogs, reading a good book, or playing a cozy game.
