With locations in Collingswood and Moorestown, NJ, we offer both in-person and telehealth services. The ideal candidate will hold a current New Jersey license and be available to work at least 25 hours per week, including 2 evenings. We value a client-centered, strengths-based approach to care

Requirements:
LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LAC, LSW
Ability to work 25-35 hours per week
Experience providing counseling services to adult individuals and/or children
Able to work a minimum of two evenings per week
Ability to consistently complete clinical documentation, including session notes, treatment plans, and client communication
Ability to utilize Electronic Health Record (EHR) system for fee collection, client file maintenance, and scheduling
Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds
Responsibilities:
Provide on-site and telehealth clinical counseling services to clients as scheduled, and in accordance with company policies
Respond to client requests for service or calls within 24 hours, whether such requests are made in person, by phone, voicemail, etc. or through the company website.
Evaluate and provide services to such patients by meeting with them.
Communicate with a client’s treatment team (i.e., PCP, psychiatrist, school, etc.) as necessary while following all HIPAA guidelines
Communicate with manager and leadership team in a timely manner and as necessary
Complete written records within 48 hours of session for each client including, but not limited to: intake notes, progress notes, treatment plans, termination notes, contract notes, and other forms or documents which may be needed or required from time-to-time by the company or third parties in conjunction with the treatment of the client. Keep client files accurate and up to date
