Kelsey Hart is a Licensed Social Worker who brings warmth, curiosity, and a collaborative spirit to her work with adults. She specializes in trauma, relational and sex therapy, couples therapy, and issues related to self-identity, self-esteem, intimacy, trust, and communication. Kelsey works with individuals ages 18 and older, offering a supportive space to explore challenges related to depression, anxiety, relationships, and self-image.
Kelsey earned her Master’s degrees in Social Work and Education in Human Sexuality from Widener University. Her clinical approach draws from a range of modalities, including relational therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and somatic practices. She tailors each session to meet her clients’ evolving needs, allowing them to take the lead in their therapeutic process while offering structure and tools to support growth.
Clients working with Kelsey can expect a space to take a breath and settle into themselves—a place where every part of them is welcome. Her approach balances support with challenge, creating an environment where clients can safely explore, connect, and grow. Kelsey frequently incorporates interactive and creative elements into therapy, including games, workbooks, mindfulness, somatic exercises, crafts, and art-based tools.
She is LGBTQIA+ affirming, trauma-informed, and culturally competent. Kelsey was drawn to the field of therapy by a desire to understand people on a deeper level and to be a part of something meaningful. For her, one of the most powerful aspects of therapy is witnessing the transformation that can happen when a person feels truly heard and supported.
Outside of the office, Kelsey enjoys cuddling and playing with her dogs, meditating, reading cozy books, and relaxing with a good video game.
