Jonathan is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), National Certified Counselor (NCC), Certified ADHD Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP), and an Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist (ASDCS) with a Master’s degree in Counseling and Mental Health Services from the University of Pennsylvania. With over a decade of experience in the mental health field, Jonathan specializes in supporting neurodiverse individuals, managing anxiety, and navigating life transitions.

Jonathan uses a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Existential Therapy, and a phenomenological approach to help clients make sense of their lived experiences. His style is supportive, collaborative, and action-oriented, offering clients total acceptance and a safe space to explore their thoughts and emotions. He believes every individual has a unique perspective that deserves respect and thoughtful attention.

Clients working with Jonathan can expect warmth, authenticity, and guidance grounded in both science and philosophy. He integrates tools such as mindfulness, psychoeducation, and values-based interventions to foster self-understanding and executive functioning. Jonathan works with individuals across the lifespan—from early childhood through adulthood—focusing especially on those who are neurodiverse or navigating major life changes. His areas of focus include executive dysfunction, emotional dysregulation, disorganization, anxiety, and depression.

Jonathan is trauma-informed, LGBTQIA+ affirming (and participating), and culturally competent. He was drawn to the field by a desire to support those who feel stuck, lonely, or different, and finds deep meaning in helping people feel more understood, less alone, and more empowered to pursue their goals.

Outside of the therapy space, Jonathan enjoys running, reading, gaming (both video and board games), and spending time with his dog. He practices self-care through movement, reflection, and staying connected to what brings joy.

A quote he often reflects on in his work is:

“A memory is a thought occurring in the present.” – Sam Harris
