Sabrina Starts, MA, LAC, NCC
I am a graduate of La Salle University with a masters in Professional Clinical Counseling. I am currently a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC). I have experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and families in a variety of areas, including anxiety, depression, self-harm and suicidality, stress, crisis management and trauma, anger management, mindfulness, and self-esteem. I work collaboratively with clients to tailor their therapeutic needs utilizing evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Child Play Therapy. I strive to create a nonjudgmental and empathic therapeutic space to help clients better understand themselves. I believe that therapy is a powerful space for healing and growth, and aim to make clients feel heard and supported on their journey toward personal wellness.

"Our Entire Life...consists ultimately in accepting ourselves as we are"
Hi. My name is Christine and I am a licensed social worker (LSW) with over 8 years of experience in mental health care. I am a Rutgers graduate and while I have many interests in the therapeutic world, I hold a tremendous amount of space for grief and the grieving process, OCD, ADHD, anxiety, PTSD and managing anger. I use a variety of approaches including CBT, DBT, Mindfulness and Internal Family Systems work. I know that therapy is, like everything else in life, a journey. I look forward to starting this journey with you.
Brittany O'Brien, MSW, LSW
It may be difficult for individuals to seek out mental health services, but that is the first step. My goal is to create a safe and trusting environment for individuals to discover their strengths and express their innermost thoughts and feelings in a non-judgemental space. Acceptance and compassion are two main factors I focus on when meeting and collaborating with clients. I strive to help clients create and develop tools to better manage their emotions, thoughts, and feelings because the client is my main focus.
I have a Masters Degree in Social Work from Rutgers University. I am a Licensed Social Worker and a Certified School Social Worker in New Jersey. I have experience in working with clients to improve anxiety and depression, self-esteem, relationship building, anger management, and family dynamics. In addition, I have also conducted individual and family counseling, as well as individual and group counseling with students in a school setting. Through active listening and working with compassion and empathy, I am here to support and encourage my clients to be the best versions of themselves.
