Ashley Bellaran is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) who provides supportive, individualized therapy for children (6+), adolescents, and adults. She earned her M.Ed. from Georgian Court University and her undergraduate degree from Rutgers University. Ashley has experience providing counseling in a school setting and has continued to support clients through a variety of challenges in her clinical work.

Ashley works with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, emotional regulation difficulties, social challenges, relationship and friendship concerns, family dynamics, low confidence, and difficulty with goal setting. She uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as a foundation while incorporating mindfulness, coping skills, creativity, and personalized strategies based on each client's needs and goals.

Ashley takes a direct, supportive, open, and honest approach to therapy. She believes that therapy should be a space where clients feel heard, understood, and free from judgment. She takes the time to build genuine connections with her clients and works collaboratively with them to identify what is getting in the way and develop practical strategies for moving forward.

No two clients are the same, and Ashley believes therapy should reflect that. She tailors her approach to each person's personality, needs, comfort level, and goals, using different techniques and strategies to make therapy meaningful and approachable. Whether a client is working through anxiety, navigating relationships, building confidence, or learning how to better regulate their emotions, Ashley strives to help them recognize their strengths and create positive, lasting change.

Ashley has always enjoyed helping others and creating spaces where people feel comfortable being themselves. One of the most rewarding parts of her work is watching clients reach goals they once felt were difficult or out of reach.

Outside of the office, Ashley enjoys spending time with family and friends, hanging out with her dog, Franklin, reading a good book, taking walks, baking, and crafting. She values spending time with people who lift her up and bring joy into her life.
