Group Therapy Offerings

Group Counseling in Moorestown & Collingswood, NJ

At Mind, Body, & Soul Therapy & Counseling, we offer a rotating selection of therapist-led group therapy programs designed to help clients build coping skills, deepen self-awareness, and connect with others navigating similar challenges.

Group therapy provides a unique opportunity to gain insight, learn practical strategies, and experience support from people who understand what you are going through. Sessions are led by licensed clinicians and combine evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, skills training, and psychoeducation.

Our groups are open to both current and new clients and may be offered in-person at our Moorestown and Collingswood offices or virtually across New Jersey.

Each group typically runs for 6 weeks and meets weekly or bi-weekly for 60–90 minutes.
