Winter January 2026 Group Therapy Offerings

At Mind, Body, & Soul Therapy & Counseling, our groups are designed to support you in building skills, processing experiences, and connecting with others who understand. Groups are open to both new and current clients, and most meet weekly for 60–90 minutes. We offer both in-person (Moorestown & Collingswood) and virtual options for your convenience.

Stress Less Solutions 

Facilitated by Sarah

A therapeutic and skill-building group focused on understanding stress and learning effective tools for managing it. Participants will explore mindfulness practices, stress education, and practical coping strategies to support everyday life.

Mindful Moderation

Facilitated by Elizabeth

This therapeutic group supports clients in exploring their relationship with substances—primarily alcohol and marijuana—through a nonjudgmental, harm-reduction approach. The group emphasizes awareness, choice, and balance rather than abstinence-only models.

Anger Management

A structured, skills-based group designed to help participants better understand anger responses and develop mindfulness-based strategies to manage emotions, improve communication, and regain a sense of control.

ADHD Skills Group (Virtual)

A skills-based group for adults with ADHD focused on increasing understanding of ADHD and learning practical strategies to manage symptoms such as organization, time management, and emotional regulation.

Grief Counseling Group

An ongoing therapeutic group for adults navigating grief and loss. This group provides a compassionate, supportive space to process emotions, share experiences, and find connection during the grieving process.

A supportive, ongoing group for individuals who love or care for someone with ADHD. Participants can share experiences, learn from others, and gain tools to better understand and support their loved one while caring for themselves.

Foundations of Mindfulness: Demystifying Our Mind–Body Connection
