Fall 2025 Group Therapy Offerings
At Mind, Body, & Soul Therapy & Counseling, our groups are designed to support you in building skills, processing experiences, and connecting with others who understand. Groups are open to both new and current clients, and most meet weekly for 60–90 minutes. We offer both in-person (Moorestown & Collingswood) and virtual options for your convenience.
🌿 Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Depression
Learn practical skills to challenge negative thought patterns, manage symptoms, and rediscover motivation in daily life. This group provides a supportive space to develop healthier coping strategies and increase self-compassion.
Location: Collingswood
Meeting Dates: Sept 2, Tuesdays 7pm, Weekly, 6 Sessions

⚡ ADHD Skills Group for Adults
Living with ADHD can feel overwhelming—but you don’t have to navigate it alone. This group focuses on time management, organization, emotional regulation, and practical tools to make daily life feel more manageable. Connect with others who “get it” while building new skills.
Location: Collingswood & Virtually
Virtual Group:Sept 8, Mondays 7:30pm, Biweekly, 7 Sessions
Collingswood Group: Sept 10, Wednesdays 7pm, Biweekly, 7 sessions

🧘 Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)
Ground yourself in the present moment and reduce stress with mindfulness-based practices. This group incorporates meditation, breathwork, and gentle techniques to help manage anxiety, improve focus, and build resilience in everyday life.

Meeting Dates: Sept 15, Mondays 6pm - 7:30pm, Weekly, 6 Sessions

💗 Self-Compassion Group
Learn how to treat yourself with the same kindness you offer to others. This group explores mindfulness, emotional resilience, and self-acceptance practices to quiet your inner critic and foster greater self-worth.

Meeting Dates: Sept 11, Thursday 7pm, Weekly, 6 Sessions

👨👩👧 Parents of ADHD Support Group
Parenting a child with ADHD can be both rewarding and challenging. This group offers education, emotional support, and practical strategies for managing behaviors, setting boundaries, and strengthening family relationships—all while connecting with parents who truly understand.

🕊️ Grief Group
Grief looks different for everyone, but you don’t have to go through it alone. This group provides a compassionate space to process loss, share stories, and learn coping strategies to navigate the emotions and changes that come with grief.
