Vince DiAntonio is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and an Advanced Practice Nurse licensed in New Jersey. With a Master of Science in Nursing from Wilkes University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Drexel University, Vince has been providing psychiatric care since 2016 and has been practicing as a psychiatric nurse practitioner since 2022.

Vince specializes in collaborative medication management for teens (ages 13+) and adults. His approach is grounded in respect, autonomy, and education—focusing on optimizing mental health and overall well-being through shared decision-making. Vince’s sessions provide a supportive, non-judgmental environment where clients are empowered to ask questions, express concerns, and take an active role in their treatment plan.

He believes strongly in treating each individual as a whole person—not a diagnosis—and works closely with clients to understand their experiences, environment, and goals. Through this understanding, Vince helps clients make informed decisions about whether medication is the right step for them, providing clear education about risks, benefits, and alternatives. While he is licensed to prescribe and manage psychiatric medications, Vince emphasizes that the final decision always lies with the client.

Vince is LGBTQIA+ affirming, culturally competent, and trauma-informed. He is passionate about increasing access to high-quality psychiatric care and ensuring that every person feels heard, validated, and respected throughout their mental health journey.

Outside of work, Vince enjoys spending time in nature—especially hiking and kayaking—and values time spent outdoors as an essential part of his own self-care.

A guiding belief in his practice is:

“You are the expert on yourself. My role is to support your goals with knowledge, respect, and compassion.”
