Maggie Strasle is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over eight years of experience supporting individuals through life’s most challenging moments. She specializes in working with clients navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, postpartum challenges, and neurodivergence. Maggie works with individuals ages 10 to 75 and is passionate about creating a supportive and inclusive space for healing. She is LGBTQIA+ affirming and has experience supporting individuals recovering from religious trauma and spiritual abuse.

Grounded in compassion and collaboration, Maggie brings a warm, humorous, and empowering presence to the therapy room. She tailors each session to her clients’ unique needs, viewing herself as a guide on their journey toward healing. Using a range of evidence-based approaches—including EMDR, CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing—she helps clients process their experiences and explore new paths for growth.

Maggie received her Master’s in Social Work from Rutgers University. Her approach is deeply informed by her own experience with the power of therapy and the courage it takes to step into vulnerability. As Brené Brown says, “Owning our story and loving ourselves through that process is the bravest thing that we will ever do.”

Outside of work, Maggie enjoys beach days, spending time with loved ones, and discovering new restaurants. She practices self-care through connection, rest, and her own therapeutic work.
