Maggie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of New Jersey. She earned her master’s degree in social work from Rutgers University. Maggie has been providing individual therapy to adults and adolescents for 8 years and has expertise working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and postpartum challenges. Maggie also enjoys supporting LGBTQIA+ and neurodiverse clients. 

Maggie values the therapeutic relationship and believes it is crucial to successful therapy. Maggie works alongside her clients in a collaborative way to tailor her approach to the individual. She pulls from a variety of evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy. Maggie is also trained in EMDR, which helps clients alleviate the distress associated with traumatic or upsetting memories. Maggie strives to create a warm, relaxed, non-judgmental space for clients. She also incorporates humor into her sessions.

Maggie lives in South Jersey with her husband, daughter, and miniature schnauzer, Winston. In her free time, Maggie enjoys going to the beach, spending time with friends, and trying out new restaurants.
