Madeleine DiLeonardo is the Executive Director of Mind, Body and Soul Therapy & Counseling. With over 14 years of experience, Madeleine is a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor who brings compassion, energy, and creativity to her work with clients. She specializes in self-esteem, depression, anxiety, relationship conflict, career and educational decisions, sexual identity issues, life transitions, addiction, grief and loss, and stress management.

Madeleine earned her degrees from NYU and Temple University and utilizes a client-centered, strengths-based approach grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), humanistic theory, and mindfulness practices. Her therapy style is collaborative, authentic, and supportive—infused with humor and candor to help clients feel at ease while processing emotional experiences and cognitive patterns.

She works primarily with adolescents, college students, and adults, tailoring her approach to meet each individual’s needs and goals. Madeleine is LGBTQIA+ affirming, trauma-informed, and culturally competent, and she is deeply committed to helping people become the best version of themselves.

What draws her to this work is the meaningful opportunity to hold space for clients as they prioritize their mental health and take steps toward positive change. Madeleine enjoys guiding her clients in the process of doing the work to become the best versions of themselves.

Outside of the therapy room, Madeleine enjoys time at the beach, watching Philadelphia sports, staying active, and being with her family and kids.
