Elaina Bruno is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over eight years of experience providing therapy to individuals and couples ages 18 and up. She is also a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, Certified in Grief and Loss, and a Certified School Social Worker. Elaina specializes in supporting clients working through anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, grief, self-esteem and image-related concerns, and family and relationship challenges. Her passion for understanding interpersonal dynamics, combined with a strong background in psychology and sociology, shapes her integrative and person-centered approach to healing.

Elaina’s style is eclectic, supportive, and collaborative. She draws from a variety of evidence-based modalities including mindfulness, motivational interviewing, strengths-based approaches, psychodynamic and narrative therapy, and solution-focused techniques. She meets each client where they are, tailoring treatment to individual needs and taking time to build strong therapeutic rapport. Sessions are designed to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients are encouraged to reflect, self-advocate, and grow in authenticity. Elaina uses open communication and regular check-ins to ensure clients feel aligned and empowered in their therapeutic process.

Mindfulness is a regular part of Elaina’s practice—whether integrated into sessions or recommended as tools to explore between visits. She believes in using creative and accessible strategies to help clients develop deeper awareness and intentionality in their lives.

Elaina is LGBTQIA+ affirming, trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming, and culturally competent. She finds it a true honor to witness moments of vulnerability and transformation in her clients, and she values the deep trust and connection that is built through the therapeutic process.

Outside of the therapy space, Elaina enjoys spending time in nature, working out, reading, cooking, thrifting, crafting, and connecting with loved ones. Her self-care includes mindfulness, time with animals, movement, nourishing foods, and a consistent sleep and morning routine.

A quote that guides her work is:
