Bridget understands that the therapeutic process is a partnership and she strives to serve as a guide on each client’s unique healing journey. Bridget takes a holistic approach to treatment, honoring the interconnectedness between the emotional and physical bodies. She is guided by the belief that every human has within them the capacity to be their best selves and heal from emotional distress. Sometimes traumatic experiences or chronic stress cloud our capacity to access our inner strength; psychotherapy is here to help shine a light on the path toward peace.
